Frequently Asked Questions

Who do you work with?

We work exclusively with membership medicine: concierge practices, direct primary care (DPC) practices, and hybrid practices — whether you’re launching a new practice, converting from a traditional panel, or already open and working to fill your panel. If your practice doesn’t run on patient memberships, we’re probably not the right fit — and we’ll tell you that on the first call.

What does the free Practice Growth Assessment include?

It’s a written review of your practice’s growth potential, built from your website, your Google Business Profile, your reviews, and who’s actually searching for care like yours in your area. You get a report with specific recommendations, what each one is worth in new members, and the order we’d tackle them in. It’s free, there’s no obligation, and it’s delivered by the next business day. Here’s how it’s built: our tools analyze dozens of data points about your practice — your website, your Google profile, your reviews, the local search demand, and your competitors — and then Steven personally reviews every report before it’s sent. You get the speed of modern technology with a senior marketer’s judgment on top of it.

How much does marketing cost?

Our ongoing marketing services range from $750 to $3,500 a month, depending on the services provided, plus ad spend. You’ll always know the exact number before you sign anything — no surprise invoices.

How fast will I see new patients?

Google Ads can start producing inquiries within the first few weeks, and your Google presence starts improving right away. But filling a panel is a longer game, and we’d rather be straight with you than sell you a date. Depending on the search demand in your area, your budget, and how strong the competition is, filling a panel can take six months, twelve months, or possibly longer. Anyone who promises you a full panel in 30 days is selling you something. What we will do is show you exactly what’s working, in plain numbers, every month — inquiries, calls, and new members — so you can see the trajectory for yourself.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

We recommend a 12-month agreement — filling a panel is a long game, and twelve months gives the marketing time to compound. That said, you shouldn’t have to take that on faith: we’re willing to start with a six-month minimum agreement, so we can prove the marketing produces real growth opportunities for your practice before you commit to longer. We’d rather earn the renewal with results than hold you with paperwork.

I haven’t opened yet. Can you help me launch?

Yes — launching practices is one of the main things we do. We build the brand, the website, and your Google Business Profile — created and fully optimized so patients find you on Google and Maps from the day you open — plus the patient pipeline that opens your doors with momentum. The worst time to start marketing a membership practice is the day you open; the best time is a few months before.

I already have a website. Can you just run our Google Ads?

Yes. Plenty of practices come to us for Google Ads only. If you already have an account running, the $997 audit is the usual starting point — we’ll tell you plainly what’s working, what’s wasting money, and what we’d do differently. One standing rule: we won’t just follow Google’s built-in campaign recommendations. They burn through ad budgets fast, and they’re written for Google’s benefit, not yours.

How are you different from other healthcare marketing agencies?

Three things. First, membership medicine is all we do — concierge and DPC practices are not a vertical for us, they’re the whole business. Second, we understand the economics: your patients pay $2,000 to $5,000+ per year, so you don’t need hundreds of leads — you need the right people finding you: the ones already searching for exactly the kind of care you provide. Third, experience: Steven Schwartz and his team have built more than 2,400 websites since 1999 and has over 25 years in digital marketing. This is a senior team, not a hand-off to a junior account manager.

What do you need from me to get started?

Very little. A short call, access to your Google Business Profile and Google Ads account (if you have them), and your website login if we’re working on the site. We handle the rest — most providers spend less than an hour a month on their marketing once we’re running. One thing we do strongly recommend: a 15- to 30-minute meeting at least once a month to review the whole campaign together — the results, the return on investment, and any strategy changes. It’s the surest way to keep the marketing pointed at your goals.

Will you work with my competitor down the street?

No — and that’s deliberate. We take on one practice per geographic area, because taking two would mean working to make our own clients compete against each other, and we won’t do that. In a large metropolitan area, we will work with practices that serve clearly different parts of the metro. And if we’re already working with a practice in your area, we’ll tell you that on the first call.

How do I get started?

Request your free Practice Growth Assessment. We’ll review your practice, send the report, and walk through it on a short call. If we’re a fit, we’ll lay out exactly what we’d do first and what it costs. If we’re not, you keep the report and the recommendations either way.
