Accessibility

Last updated: October 21, 2026

Concierge Medical Marketing, LLC wants everyone to be able to use our website, including people with disabilities.

Our Commitment

We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the widely recognized standard for making web content accessible and the benchmark referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for websites. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we review our site as we update it.

Conformance Status

We consider this website partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA: most content fully meets the standard, and we are actively addressing the areas described under Known Limitations below.

Measures We Take

We work to keep our pages readable and usable with assistive technologies. Our measures include:

  • Clear heading structure and page landmarks so screen-reader users can navigate by section
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images
  • Sufficient color contrast between text and backgrounds
  • Keyboard-friendly navigation, visible focus indicators, and skip links where supported
  • Text that can be resized in the browser without loss of content or function
  • Descriptive link text rather than “click here”
  • Plain-language writing wherever the subject allows
  • Reviewing new pages and major updates against WCAG 2.1 AA before and after publishing

Compatibility

This site is designed to work with recent versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge) together with assistive technologies such as screen readers (including JAWS, NVDA, and VoiceOver), screen magnification, and voice control software. The site relies on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WAI-ARIA attributes; accessibility features of some content depend on these technologies working together in your browser.

Known Limitations

Some older content, embedded third-party tools (such as scheduling, chat, and form widgets), and certain documents (including some PDFs) may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. These tools are provided by vendors, and we work with them and choose settings that support accessibility where the option exists. We are working to improve these areas and welcome your input. If you encounter any of them, contact us below and we will provide the same information or service in an accessible way.

Alternative Formats

If you need any information from this site in a different format — large print, plain text, audio, or another format that works for you — contact us and we will provide it at no charge.

Need Help or Found a Problem?

If any part of our site is difficult for you to use, please contact us and we will help promptly:

Phone: 772.304.2420
Email: [email protected]

When you write, it helps to tell us the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you use — but any description of the problem is enough to get started. We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within two business days and to resolve reported barriers as quickly as we reasonably can.

Formal Complaints

If you contact us about an accessibility barrier and are not satisfied with our response, you may also file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Reaching out to us first is usually the fastest way to get the barrier fixed.
